A little about our process...
Design Begins with
an idea, then a sketch. Once developed and approved by you, we do a painting of your piece to finalize the design.
The first part of our journey starts when you contact us. Fill out our form with as much detail as you can so that we can better design just for you.
After reviewing your custom request form, we will contact you to discuss your request. Sketches and a quote will be created for your review.
Depending on the design, custom designs usually take 4-6 weeks to complete at this stage. So please contact us well in advance.
Once you have approved the quote and verified all of the information is correct, we require a 50% deposit.
We will then send you a confirmation email acknowledging your payment.
We start the design phase by doing sketches for your approval and work closely to refine your piece until it's just what you want. Please feel free to view our section on jewellery information to terminology and design styles.
We will then create your piece on computer using the latest technology. This stage takes about 1 - 2 weeks to finish depending on the design.
We will then email you with a rendering of the design for your approval. If any changes are needed, this allows us to make them before we create your piece in gold. If there are changes to be made, we will repeat this step until you have approved the final design.
Casting & Metalwork
Here we use the ancient technique called lost wax casting. Our team of experts will cast your model into gold or platinum. We then sand and finish your piece before setting your gemstones.
It takes approximately two to three weeks at this stage to finish your piece.
Setting & Finishing
When your item is finished and ready to ship we will notify you by email with a tracking number. We pack your item gently and firmly to avoid any damage to your piece. We use FedEx to deliver world wide, sorry no PO boxes please.
